Variables estudiadas: hábitos alimentarios y variables antropométricas.</p> <p class="elsevierStylePara"> Resultados: El promedio de edad fue 11,58 a˜nos. El de IMC fue 15,91 kg/m2 (DS 1,43), donde un 62,5% fue normal, la sumatoria de pliegues fue en promedio 52 mm (DS 9,99, valor min 38 y máx 67 mm). El porcentaje de masa muscular fue superior al de masa adiposa, 35,73% (DS 2,8) vs. 32,37% (DS 4,2). Los kg de masa muscular y adiposa fueron de 12, 23 kg (DS 2,85) y 10,96 kg (DS 3,45) respectivamente.</p> <p class="elsevierStylePara"> El índice musculo/óseo fue 2,45 (DS 0,24) y el índice adiposo/muscular de 0,9 (DS 0,17).</p> <p class="elsevierStylePara"> La mayoría realizó las 4 comidas diarias y consumió lácteos y carnes adecuadamente.
