Abstract
Statistics
Eighteen-year-old football player with intercurrent synovial effusions in one knee, taking place always after physical activity and without known previous traumatism. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed a chondral lesion in the femoral trochlea and multiple intraarticular free bodies. The arthroscopy coincided with the MRI and allowed the extirpation of the free bodies and the regulation of the osteochondral bed.
